Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit or credit cards. We additionally offer support for Paypal.

You can choose these payment methods on the checkout page. 

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support USD for charging our customers.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order free of charge if the item has not been purchased by us yet. 

If you want to cancel your order after we have purchased your item, there will be a cancellation fee of 45% on the total amount. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes , we ship worldwide.

How can I track my order?

When we are done shipping your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking details for your order.  

Who is your shipping provider ?

We currently use FedEx and DHL to ship your order.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.

Unfortunately, Smittee has no control over these charges.Customs determines these charges and Smittee has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Smittee is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
